Since 2005, the Big Tex Choice Awards contest has solidified the State Fair of Texas as the top Fair for great food creations. Each year, State Fair concessionaires fry up tasty and unique foods for a chance to become a finalist in the annual Big Tex Choice Awards competition. Everything from Fried Oreos to Fried Peaches and Cream has made the cut to become a part of the exclusive club of fried food creations. PCI compliance has migrated from Clover to the new PCI Portal. If you already have completed your PCI compliance with another company, and it is current, all you need to do is upload your proof of compliance in the PCI portal found here: https://pciapply.com/pcicompliance. To log in to the portal, your username is your merchant ID, your password is the last five digits of your merchant ID and capitalized state abbreviation.
Compliance Steps 1. Log in to the PCI application www.pciapply.com/pcicompliance. 2. Click Re-Assess. 3. Verify/Edit your merchant information. 4. Select a processing solution that best describes the method your organization uses to process credit/debit cards, and complete the designated questionnaire. (Select questionnaire type A) 5. If applicable, launch a scan on the network scan tab. Allow 5 business days for scan results, and submit for ASV compliance after all targets have a passing status. 6. Review and sign after the questionnaire has been completed and ASV compliance has been achieved. 7. Compliance reports are now available to be downloaded or emailed.
If you have not accessed the PCI application before:

Daily clothing and food assistance, through the New Hope Center, serves approximately 300 individuals per week.
School-based partnerships are solidified and expanding, currently serving roughly 50% of at-risk students in Hurst Euless Bedford ISD.
The Community Powered Revitalization (CPR) Program, which provides help with exterior repairs for veterans and struggling homeowners, continues to improve infrastructure at high rates of Return on Investment in partner cities.
