September 22nd, Sunday, First Day of Fall (official)
Heavenly Father, as the month of September unfurls its days before us, we pause to acknowledge Your sovereignty over time and seasons. We are deeply aware that each day is a gift from You, a blank page on which Your will can be inscribed. September often marks a time of change – the waning of summer, the beginning of autumn, the start of new academic and fiscal years for many. We pray for Your grace and guidance as we navigate these transitions. In Jesus name, Amen.

In these last fleeting moments of summer, many of us are turning an eye to the 4th quarter. For most nonprofits, November and December are the busiest fundraising months. For some, it’s also the time of year that they receive the bulk of their charitable contributions. And, for all of us, it’s a chance to finish the year on a high note by meeting or exceeding goals.
With that in mind, planning for year-end activities should be underway at this point so that you can start implementing in October. Here are 5 planning tips for your 4th quarter fundraising.
Today, there are numerous new opportunities for nonprofits to engage their community and generate momentum for growth. To regain higher levels of funding, organizations must concentrate on acquiring recurring donors and prioritizing ongoing donor engagement. By adopting a human-first approach to connecting with their supporters, which includes personalized outreach and developing data-informed strategies and plans, organizations can cultivate stronger relationships with their community at every level. With the right mindset and technology, the sector can navigate through this challenging season and emerge even stronger.
The months of November and December are two of the most significant months of the year for nonprofit organizations. As your finance team is preparing for year-end, with prepping reports and making sure your budget is on track, your donor development and fundraising teams should hopefully be busy prepping and planning now for how to get the donations rolling in. The end-of-year fundraising drive is a crucial chance to connect with supporters and secure your vital fundraising dollars.

At Paperless Transaction Corporation (PTC), we are dedicated to supporting the nonprofit community in various ways. Besides our fundraising and donation processing services, we have an Ambassador Program designed to assist nonprofits in achieving their goals. Our Ambassador, Andrea Reich, daughter of CEO George Reich, plays a vital role in this program.
Every six months, Andrea selects a qualified ministry to work with and offers her volunteer services in any capacity needed. The Ambassador Program is PTC's outreach initiative to support ministries and nonprofits, and it is fully funded by PTC.
If your nonprofit is interested in having our Ambassador work with you for six months, you don't need to be an existing PTC client to qualify. We welcome all nonprofits to participate. To express your interest, please contact support@paperlesstrans.com or (972) 830-3011.
At PTC, we are passionate about giving back to the community and providing valuable support to nonprofits. Our Ambassador Program exemplifies our commitment to making a positive impact on the nonprofit sector.
Client Spotlight
Chi Alpha is a college ministry serving Texas State students in San Marcos, Texas. They have been a client with Paperless Transactions since 2017! We are honored to have served them in the past, present and look forward to doing so in the future. Chi Alpha stands for Christ's Ambassadors, which references 2 Corinthians 5:20, "We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God". Chi Alpha is all about reconciling students to Christ and empowering them to transform the campus, the marketplace, and the world! They are focused on loving Jesus and loving people. They offer a real community for fellow Bobcats, show them what a real devoted lift to Christ can be, and what it means to take on real responsibility. They have a weekly meeting called Tuesday Night Live (TNL) and weekly small groups called Pods. They do various things like campouts, bonfires, mission trips, and service projects. It's in these hangouts where members meet their closest friends, ask the tough questions about life, and truly make lasting memories. Want to learn more about this organization? Q:How do I handle large credit card transactions?
A:For any credit card transactions that are exceptionally large ($10,000+) it is important to gather all of the following documentation to ensure that the transaction is funded to your account as soon as possible. Large transactions can flag the Security/Risk Department to look further into your account. If your account is flagged, the Security/Risk Department may hold funds until they confirm the transaction.
Below is a list of documentation that the Security/Risk Department may request. The sooner we can get all of the documentation to the Security/Risk Department, the sooner we can get the donation into your account!
-Last 3 Months Bank Statement
-Receipt/Invoice for Transaction in question
-Contact information for donor (in case confirmation is needed)
Your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6: 32-33
